CHRISTIANA MALL - NEWARK DELAWARE - General Growth Properties has retained PROCON to provide consulting services for the design development and construction of the concrete and porcelain tile floor assembly.  When the re-devclopment is complete in December 2009,  Christiana Mall will contain 1.8 miillion square feet GLA. PROCON is part of the project team which includes  RTKL Architects and VCC Construction, two of the leading national retail architectural and construction companies.

INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT MIDFIELD TERMINAL - INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA PROCON is providing consulting services to client Blakley Corporation for the construction of the 1.2 million square foot Midfield Terminal at Indianapolis Airport. The focal point of the new $1.1 billion terminal and infrastructure project, scheduled to open in late 2008, is the 200 foot diameter sky-lit civic plaza. PROCON has been retained by several leading construction product manufacturers to develop and test ventilated tile curtainwall systems. Ventilated tile curtainwall systems are a relatively new technology, which have been made commercially feasible by the development of new large-format porcelain tile and adhesive technologies. PROCON TESTS PERFORMANCE OF USG FIBEROCK® BRAND FIBER-REINFORCED GYPSUM TILE BACKERBOARD
PROCON client United States Gypsum, a subsidiary of USG Corporation, is North America's largest manufacturer of gypsum-based products, with sales of $ 3 billion dollars. PROCON completed full-scale mock-up testing and laboratory analysis of USG's Fiberock® brand fiber-reinforced gypsum tile backerboard product, and also assisted USG's Research & Development Division to successfully secure regulatory approval of product applications by the Tile Council of North America (TCNA).
